Processing & Delivery
We process orders the next business day after purchase. Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment.
Domestic U.S. Shipping: FREE for all orders within the continental United States. Your order typically arrives within 3-5 business days after processing. During peak holidays, please allow additional time for delivery.
Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories: $49 Flat-rate shipping charges apply at the checkout.
Canada: $49 Flat-rate shipping charges apply at the checkout.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide! International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7-21 business days depending on your location.
**Please note that customs duties, taxes, and VAT charges are the responsibility of the importer (you) and are not included in our shipping charges.**
30-Night Sleep Trial & Returns
We're confident you'll love your Woolify products. That's why we offer a 30-night risk-free trial on all mattress toppers and pillows when used for their intended purpose.
How Our Trial Works:
- Your 30-night trial period begins on the date of delivery
- We recommend sleeping on your new Woolify product for at least 7 nights to allow your body to adjust
- If you're not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery
Return Requirements:
- Items must be in reasonable condition (normal use is expected and accepted)
- Products must be used for their intended purpose only
- Original packaging is preferred but not required
- We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label for customers in the contiguous U.S.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
Returns from Outside the Contiguous U.S.:
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free return shipping on items returned from outside of the contiguous U.S., including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and FPO/APO/DPO addresses. For these returns, the actual return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
International Returns:
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. The 30-night trial period still applies to international orders.

Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our handmade products. Any items received with damage due to transit or manufacturer defect will be replaced or refunded according to our Quality Guarantee.
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage and packaging
- We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
For quality concerns, please email us directly at support@iwoolify.com with your order number and clear photos.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item. This ensures you receive your new product as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
Since we process orders the next business day, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible. Contact us immediately at support@iwoolify.com if you need to cancel your order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to be returned under our 30-night trial policy.
Important Notes
- Excessive damage, stains, or misuse may affect return eligibility
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our return policy requirements
- For purchases made through third-party retailers (Amazon, Etsy, etc.), please refer to their specific return policies
