If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return them in new and original condition within 30 days. Due to nature of hand-made products, we do not refurbish our used products. Returns must be in their original packaging.

Wash & Care

To maintain the quality and longevity of your Woolie Adjustable Pillow, we recommend spot cleaning with a dampened cloth for regular care, ensuring the fabric is not overly saturated and allowing it to air dry fully. For a more thorough cleaning, please remove all fillings before washing the cover in a washing machine. DO NOT wash the pillow with fillings inside, as this can damage the wool and cotton fibers, leading to clumping and reduced comfort over time.
